Wow, where have I been?!
Wow. Girls. Ladies. Bitches. I fell into Nowhere Land. Allowed life to steal my voice. I spend a decade writing with ChicagoNow. That blog was fun, That blog was my expression. That blog was ME. Period. I miss that time. I miss writing on the daily. And I need to get back to it, for my own mental health. And to hopefully continue to entertain others. The stories I could tell...WEEHOO! Divorce. Freedom. Spiritual reconciliation. Aging. Menopause. Children becoming adults. The sound of silence. Perfecting the art of Not Giving A Shit. Ah. Can you smell it? Can you see it? I'm on the cusp of turning double-nickels, and honesty have never felt more comfortable in my own skin. I'd like to share this journey. Will you come with me?
